Dear sir,
I am currently doing a two-year-post-A-level course in Marketing in a further education department of Toulon, France. An 8-week unpaid work placement is a compulsory part of the course and I would be most grateful if you would consider my application for a placement in your company. My work placement is from 5 May to 27 June 2013.
As part of the final exam, I have to give a detailed oral report on the tasks and activities I carry out during the work placement. I also have to provide a well-documented written report, of which you would receive a copy.
