I am preparing a Bachelor of Tourism & Hospitality as International Manager of Leisure, Travels and Reception Centers from September 16, 2013 with the University of Cergy - France. For getting my diploma, I am required to have work experience abroad in Tourism & Hospitality.
Thus, I am looking for a 4-6 month placement abroad in a Commercial department as Assistant Tourist Product Manager. During the preparation of the "BTS Assistant Trilingue" equivalent of HTD : a post O'level 2 year High Technician Degree as Trilingual PA, I carried out training courses in the Tourist Office of Alicante in Spain in 2002 and in a paper local "Tickets Alicante" (free newspaper) in 2003. These training courses brough me an International experience where I could develop skills in communication, in quality reception, listening and receptiveness, flexibility, abilities to analysis and synthesize.
At present, I am working in the Research Department of the Marine Division in Bureau Veritas as Bilingual Team Assistant. My main job is to assist the Engineers in their national and foreign travels, to manage the visa applications (China, Russia, Algeria, India, USA), their expenses, to organise their stay abroad in relationshiup with our District Offices all around the world (Shanghai, Staint-Petersburg, Rio de Janeiro, Houston, Kuala Lumpur, Singapour, Pusan, ...), to manage the purchase orders of our Calcualtions Softwares (HydroSTAR, Ariane, Homer, IceSTAR software packages).
